Shipping Policy
At Veusonic™ our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of our valuable customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the very highest standard of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse/manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We cannot cancel an order once the order has been placed. Processing time may take 24-48 hours.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days.
US orders are shipped by US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Express Shipping: In a hurry? No worries. We've added express shipping that allows you to receive your product within 3-5 business days. Simply select this during checkout.
Priority Processing and Shipping: Urgent? No worries. We've added priority processing and ship out the same day. Allows your order to skip other orders before yours and ships out the same day (if placed before 11 AM PST, to receive your product within 1-4 business days. Simply select this during checkout.
NOTE: Due to inventory, sometimes orders may be shipped and arrive separately. Orders are processed M-F 8 AM-5 PM, PST. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Veusonic™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry, simply contact us and we can help with this.
Unexpected Delays
In some rare cases, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Simply notify us and we will help you with your order.
